About GMAC

Georgia Musical Arts Center (GMAC) was founded by Dr. Jessie Lo in 2013 as a professional music education studio in East Cobb, committed to high-quality, individualized instruction. Today, GMAC continues to grow under the leadership of Zoe Lo, a recent music graduate with a passion for expanding musical opportunities for all. With the addition of new instruments and teaching specialists, GMAC now offers private lessons in piano, strings, voice, guitar, woodwinds, and brass—available in-person, online, or in-home (for brass only). Our students have consistently excelled in ABRSM exams, as well as GMTA and GMEA auditions, reflecting our faculty’s professionalism and dedication. GMAC remains a trusted place where musicians of all levels can learn, grow, and thrive.

Our Mission

At GMAC, we are committed to providing exceptional music education to individuals of all ages and proficiency levels. We uphold the belief that music is an essential and enriching component of human life, and we endeavor to cultivate a deep appreciation and lasting passion for it in each of our students. Through a rigorous and supportive learning environment, we strive to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to experience the transformative power of music. Whether embarking on a musical journey for the first time or seeking to advance existing skills, GMAC is dedicated to guiding and inspiring every student toward their fullest potential.

Why Studying Music?

Knowing how to play a musical instrument with confidence is a fulfilling and enjoyable ability. Musical training improves reading skills, language processing, speech, and a variety of mental functions. Playing instruments can help children battle psychological disorders.
